We recognized that we cannot solve these problems with the same thinking that we used to get ourselves into this mess.

And we were very welcoming to quote unquote outsiders.

And I don't like that term because I think if you have a body, if you've helped a loved one go through a challenging time,

If you've been to the doctors yourself, like, you're a stakeholder.

You belong here.

I don't like... You know, you're not an outsider.

Let's stop treating people like outsiders.

But that was very radical, right?

Like, people were not welcomed into healthcare.

So I think that's something we got right.

At the same time, we...

brought in healthcare experts.

Our very first LPs were Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, like giants in healthcare who were excited about the opportunity to work with tech folks.

So we welcomed everyone.
