And I think acknowledging mistakes, giving them equal prominence.
You know, if you ever like read the little, we made a, we need to make a clarification in the newspaper.
It's like on page 12 at the bottom that you would have to go looking for, even though the original article was on the front page and was the whole front page.
So start to give that stuff similar levels of prominence.
I think we could be thinking about what we're teaching to children.
You know, we've thought about removing social media from kids under 16 in Australia.
I think there's a lot of very strong arguments for that.
I do have a question having filmed this series.
What does this mean if then at 16 we just open the floodgates?
How are we preparing them for that?
You know, kids do do ethics classes.
There is a degree of media literacy.
But I think we should be having a really big conversation about what teaching kids information literacy is and what that looks like from the word go.
I think we do need a robust approach.
uh national media market i think mainstream media does need to survive i think you need things like national broadcasters that people can trust in i think uh you know having centers of discussion where people come and have shared conversations where you do hear different views so yes podcasts are great but having spaces where different people with different ideas and views and opinions come come together and that facts are entered into those conversations
And I think as individuals, I think that this whole idea of picking up a book and reading a book is a really healthy thing to do.
You're being very entrepreneurial about it.
It's really looking to spot the business opportunity.
