And those who remained and those who picked up the pieces in Atlanta told me that the operation was stretched thin.

Stubhub says that obviously anybody who has a negative experience, they wish it didn't happen, but they don't see it as a major
part of their business.
They said that about one percent of orders result in a refund.
It's important to note that that number does not include so called failures, such as when somebody arrives and they get offered a ticket in a different section than what they paid for.
And they say it's bad business for them to not have people get into events.
So it's something that they're working on always, but it's not something that they register as a major problem.
