It's a tough crowd.
The misconception of the upcharging, it's frustrating because you're looking at a business standpoint, you're looking at a customer standpoint.
Shops do get a discount on parts, but you have to spend a certain amount of money and sometimes you have to pay a fee every year in order to get that dealer discount.
um if you don't purchase a certain amount of products then they boot you you know it's a um the dealerships do it you know every shop has it but you can't um you can't give that price to the customer because then you're not going to stay open yeah it's just not going to happen but you're only getting that discount because you are a dealer in your shop and you have to purchase certain amount of money and spend a certain amount of money
Right.
Customers are not spending that kind of money.
You know, that's I'm sure in a lot of industries that's in the food industry.
Oh, yeah.
You know, it's the same thing.
But it's not like we're, you know, charging, you know, 90 percent, you know, upcharge on parts.
You know, it's it's whatever.
Like if customers walk into Doral Riley.
So we can't give that 15% off to the customer because we have to make that $3,500 back.
It's getting people to understand that and see on that business side, it's very hard to explain.
That's one of the largest barriers.
