Especially when gnautics are new to recovery, man, they go like it becomes a new kind of addiction almost, you know?

And it is like this over the top kind of thing where you're you're just going all in on it the same way you did your drugs and shit and all your risky behaviors.

And that's why the structured program of the anonymous is great, you know, and it keeps a lot of addicts sober to have that rigidity.

It's another reason for wanting to have a higher power because

It helps you to define your personal inventory and then make amends.

I found it to be really authentic in that sense of just

Not an addict, it probably looks like they're shining you on and and it's over the top.

But to the addict, they're like clawing desperately for this new gratification, this new dopamine hit.

And especially when you've been doing like downers, like heroin and shit, your body doesn't produce like serotonin son serotonin dopamine adrenaline the same way.
