And so you can't embed yourself in a crime

and then say, I'm a journalist, I'm just filming it for, you know, for clicks or whatever, it's a crime to go into a house of worship and disrupt it.

And so, you know, we're looking at the video, and we are making our judgments, and we're talking to witnesses.

Not everything is on video, so the witnesses who can give us some information about the initial encounters and what went on, but, you know, just whether he's the subject of a criminal investigation or not,

He's bringing coffee to the organizers.

He's kissing them.

He's saying we outside the church.

So these are all things that he's put out there that we're looking at.

The Klan Act is a conspiracy statute.

We're looking at Section 241 and 242 of the Klan Act.

Those are the acts that the Biden administration used, actually, to prosecute and bring felony charges against peaceful, praying pro-life activists trying to save lives outside abortion clinics.

So, you know, those are some of the things that we're looking at.

Oh, 100%.

We have had numerous prosecutions and convictions, including a guy from California who put bomb-filled backpacks in California, Arizona, and Colorado churches.

We have civil cases involving land use discrimination and America's Disabilities Act

with respect to church-run programs and schools.

We have prosecuted successfully.

We're prosecuting a guy who beheaded a statue of the Virgin Mary.

You know, we've had numerous successful prosecutions here.

I see this narrative online, oh, you know, nothing will happen.
