Well I think it's where you

You yes, you sort of are able somehow to control your dreams.

For example, you could wake up in a dream and then make yourself go back to sleep and go into it some more.

I think there are people that maybe can do that.

I mean I can't do that.

Yeah, so I don't know.

You've got to have some sort of real control over your subconscious, I guess.

I I mean the only thing I've done, which I think is

was a strange experience and was a bit like wakeful dreaming was I think uh so when I had that therapy about f five years ago where I

was with this brilliant woman, Doctor Maya Jankovska, my therapist.

She did this thing with me called brain spotting, where she would and my eyes were involved.

She'd get me to look at a certain point on this special quilt she had behind her.

And she'd get me to visualize.

Or she would just say, What are you thinking?

What are you thinking?

And weirdly, I was having sort of visions.

And a lot of them were about my mum, because I'd gone to her saying I wanted to

try and um just deal with some of the sadness I was feeling about my mum at that point and

mum, you know.
