And I'd never had therapy before.
Um
And I was brooding a lot about my mum at that point, thinking about her a lot, crying a lot, missing her a lot, feeling angry a lot with various people.
And it was bothering me.
It was getting in the way of m my life, you know.
So I went to her to try to deal with some of this and she was very helpful.
And one of the things she did obviously she did lots of just letting me talk.
But then she quite quickly, after about two sessions, said,
we're gonna start doing this thing called brain spotting where she'd get me to look on this cloth and tell me what I was thinking, tell her what I was thinking.
And I was having these visions.
Which seemed to just happen involuntarily.
And they got more and more elaborate.
And they became
like waking dreams of my mum.
And you know, no I s you know, I said to you I'd rarely dreamt of my mum sleeping.
But I had these vivid visions of her during these therapy sessions which were so
Wonderful.
And healing.
Um, in which I was with my mum, uh, in sometimes imaginary places like what I would describe as heaven.
You know, we would be
