in a sort of spiritual plane, in this amazing meadow, lit by beautiful sunlight, holding a hand, she was washing me in one of them, peeling these layers off my chest, with a bucket of water and a sponge, really gently washing me.
That was so lovely.
There was another in which I invited her into my home, my home as it was then,
sat her at my kitchen table and showed her hundreds of photographs of my children and she sat and looked at these photographs.
It was so lovely and I sat with her and showed her pictures of my children, which was the most lovely experience because she never obviously my mum never met my children or saw me even as an an adult.

She would just say
Tell me what you're you know, now she'd say she'd direct my eyes.
She identi basically we identified at the beginning of these sessions a part of the cloth, the direction that my eyes would move when I felt sad and a direction my eyes would move when I was thinking more positively.
Sad was on the left, positive was on the right.
It's weird.
Um and but in the end we were able to just go into these visualizations really easily.
She was not saying anything.
I mean she'd just say, What are you thinking?
And
And she does she did something similar to me recently when I was having this thing called EMDR, which is similar, it's eye movement thing.
I guess.
They're trying to simulate that.
Um and again I'd be having
Vision waking visions.
