I just always have been, always will be.

I don't know why.

It's just it's just who I am.

As you say, like I think that I often think about back a hundred years ago or whatever, when everyone was all really buttoned up, nobody talked about anything private or personal and

how I think, oh, we've you know, we must have come on along so far from that.

But then if I post something really truthful and honest on social media, I get this overwhelming response of like, Oh my God, you're so brave and thank you and I don't I'm like, oh so maybe

Maybe we haven't come as far along.

as we think that people are still so

Uh sort of shocked or surprised when you share something really real and honest.

Oh, you get that response for your podcast and stuff for people like thank you for being so real and honest.

So mm, writing the show is an interesting process.

So you sort of the way the way I have written shows until now is that

I might have a little collection of individual bits that start to form.

And you you're trialling them here and there and they're going, okay, and that's a good bit, and that's a good bit, so I'll keep that and I'll keep that.

And then what I started to see was a sort of a pattern for these bits.

We're or a theme that I was like, Oh, I think there's a theme in here about

bodies or my body in particular.

Yep.

And the the journey of my body.
