And I've like I've always been well not always, but I've in my m more recent adult years been a really body accepting and body positive.

And I'm

hyper, hyper aware that that is unusual.

to fundamentally really truly feel that way and

I also am hyper, hyper aware of how many

experiencing guilt and um and uh food noise.

Uh, you know, and that makes me incredibly sad.

So I was like, I think there's the potential here.

To pull all these bits together.

And tell a story about my body and my journey that is also gonna be really hilarious because it's comedy.

They are comedy bits.

Uh, but that might have a bit of a message underneath it all, or it might uh uh somebody might relate to something and that might liberate them from something as well.

So I guess

And so then once the creative process, it's like you you have all these great ideas and you think, Oh, I'm gonna do this amazing thing and often for Denise and Fringe, which is where I debuted the show, you have to submit all your artwork and your like show name and the show description and stuff in the November the year before.

So in my case, typically I'm submitting all of that stuff before I've actually written the show.

So it's a bit of a cart before the horse thing.
