So this relationship has only gone one way for a while when it comes to data sharing, when it comes to our military support for that country, when it comes to everything.
Americans realize that, and Congress is now moving to conceal it and hide it and expand it.
And let me just comment one more thing on that Massey clip, because I really do think it's so important how the deep state and the security state, through their allies in Congress, try to just bulk up these bills.
They make them like 100 pages long.
They make sure that no one has any time to read it.
And they put a lot of things in there that no one's really aware of, and people only become aware of much later.
And I'm thinking of one
One example in particular, because it really shows how they use the NDAA as a vehicle to kind of constrain, you know, Democratic choices that are made by the president, like leaving wars.
So, I think it was 2018, maybe it was 2017, Congress added a provision to the NDAA during Trump's first term, which prevented him from withdrawing a certain number of troops from Syria.
He had to maintain a certain number there.
And this resulted in the deaths of numerous American soldiers.
I mean, why were we in Syria in the first place?
We basically just installed the al-Qaeda leader.
That's who is in charge now.
