So you need to be accurate there.
Number two, you follow their clinical exam.
So for me in the clinic, I'm looking at their range of motion, their mobility.
I'm looking at their strength.
I'm looking to see, are they still tender to palpation?
And I put them through an entire hamstring kind of protocol that I have that I look through.
If they check all those boxes and I can't even tell if it's the right hamstring or the left one that was injured,
Then I'm relying on my athletic trainers and therapists and my sports science folks to kind of almost like pass the baton.
So as they're working with them, they can now start elevating what they're looking at.
So we look at something Nordic testing.
We look at their Nord boards, which is how strong are their hamstrings and eccentric strength.
We can look at those things and see, can we get them back to their pre-season number or pre-injury number?
We have baselines for it.
What does their GPS look like?
We have markers on these players.
And we can follow those things to a point that we feel, all right, they have checked all the boxes.
And even if they've checked all the boxes, and I'm sure the Nugget staff did this, you check all the boxes,
Are you still at risk early coming back?
Absolutely.
Because sometimes what happens, what makes this even more scary is you'll have a player check every one of those boxes.
