uh under under appreciation for coaches is that the right words yeah because like if you think about like you're saying like there's 36 40 blokes that they're managing yeah they're trying to influence the way they play like the way they grow their game but also different too yeah everyone's so different but also away from footy it's like only a small business and you've got like 30 40 staff and you're managing them make sure all their heads are right at the same time yeah and

And you're not going to keep them all happy.

Yeah.

Then you've got to keep your coaches happy, your assistants, your performance staff.

Yeah, it was probably a different campaign because it was all together at the end of the year and four weeks.

A lot of us blokes were fresh to the scene and we'd played a fair bit of footy together in the juniors and stuff like that.

So it was really enjoyable to come back in and be among some of the boys we played with and then mix and mingle with some of the older boys.
