And when results don't go well, everyone's hurt.

Well, look, again, just working, trying to get... You know, I've come close for a few opportunities, and, again, it's just... You know, what I really want... Everyone's talking about trying to get that perfect match.

I don't think you can get that perfect match, but what I would like is to kind of have that relationship that I had, like, at Crawley, you know, with owners and directors and supporters and all that kind of stuff, to be able to move forward and be all on the same page.
