I found it really, really good.
I loved my time at Sheffield United.
But like I say, I was still a young boy learning the game and making mistakes.
Yeah, Neil Collins was my centre-half partner and he was so good.
He helped me along so much.
He was an experienced pro.
And Danny Wilson, the manager, like I said, it was amazing that I was... I could make a mistake and then I'd just play.
Unbelievable.
And, like, you know what it's like?
You lose a couple of games and then they want to put a senior player in, don't they?
And they didn't do that?
No, Danny Wilson just kept playing.
Yeah, definitely there was times and...
That's why it's so hard for these young boys playing in the Premier League.
You can't get away with it.
You make one mistake, you get killed for months.
It's tough for them, but they'll learn.
They'll get resilient from it.
It's just that you've got to give them time.
