Okay, let's roll back to basics.
Okay.
Maybe ask me how to stay alive.
Yeah.
So the three main organs you want to look after are the brain,
and your heart and your muscles.
I'm going to combine the heart and the brain together because the best thing you can do for both of those is low-impact cardiovascular.
What I do, I have one of those AMT
machines at home and every morning i just get up and i do you know i just do the 40 minutes at you know for me i'm doing 128 beats per minute but don't copy my beats per minute you need to be in your own level level two um
But that is the best for your brain and your heart.
And in the end, you know, only two things happen, you know, when you're getting really, really old.
You go completely stupid.
And then what you actually die of is your heart stops beating.
So, you know, looking at... And the reason cardiovascular is also so good for your brain, I mean, it's...
it's literally the top top top thing you can do to increase iq uh and to you know to have a really healthy brain it's basically called this basic cardiovascular because you're getting awesome so you asked about ewat um but i think more you know more more basic is just it's just you just want you know plain old-fashioned good good good cardiovascular
The muscle stuff where you can, you know, X times a week, like two or three times a week, you know, you want to do some good weight-bearing stuff because good, strong muscles have also been highly, highly correlated to living life a long time.
Now, after that, so we've got the basics out of the way, then after that, it's like, well, how would you actually reverse aging?
So one for one, we want to get rid of those energy leaks, and then we want to increase the amount of energy in the body because then we have a nice free flow.
Basically, you want free flowing electrons.
We're trying to get rid of all the resistance, inflammation, negative emotions, all that stuff that just gets in the way and ages you.
