You know, turn up to some parks and you've just got a sports field and a couple of trees and it's hard to do things.
Yeah, and even like one of...
our favorite things to do on the weekend if it's raining is just go for a rain walk you know like put the rain jackets on and just go for a rain walk you know the gutters fill up with water take leaves float them down the gutters you know provided there's no cars and that sort of thing but like doing things like that like i've sat
at the end of our road where the gutters are filled up with water racing leaves down the gutters for ages you know like and you're just like it's just water the side of the road and leaves um you know there's nothing fancy about it there's nothing but all of that sort of thing is just yeah you just kids will find it
Yeah, yeah, totally, totally.
And, yeah, just giving them the freedom and allowing yourself, like, I...
I'm not the biggest fan of mud.
Like I really don't mind walking through it and that sort of thing.
But when it's like, it's then all over me, I'm like, oh, okay.
But not like, you know, it doesn't ring my bell.
But it's, once I get into it, it's fine.
And sometimes it's even...
like when I can see that the kids are into it, then it's like, okay, you know, it cheats you up for a little bit more or whatever.
And that's the amazing thing about being a parent is like, you've got these awesome little humans that have got all of these little,
wicked interests and want to do these different things and so as a parent you're like oh yeah like let's give that a go let's try that and just trying to allow and I know as hard as it is sometimes because it's totally like you look outside you're like it's raining or it's cold or you know it's during summer it's stupidly hot and you know like um
Just just seeing that and going, OK, like, you know, the kids are passionate about it.
So kind of.
Yeah, totally.
And it's even things like the amount of fun that you can have with an old tin out of your recycling bin.
