Um uh but if the rule is state or or if parts of the rule are deemed to be illegal, um yeah, I I guess to your point, Lloyd, like if if there's a state eager to sort of move forward in earnest with some of these obligations, I mean

Right, before this was law of the land, and I mean we talked about this in the prior podcast.

I mean, states had right experimented with these ideas, right?

So um can they move forward notwithstanding uh a a federal decision might be an open question.

Um I we talked about some of this already, but why does this case matter so much for our audience?

Um, the states, providers, health system beneficiaries, what do you sort of see as the, you know, thing to be watching if you're a stakeholder in this or and and impacted by this?

The lawsuit doesn't hit pause on all of the other aspects of the law.

Um and um let me lay the

uh lay the ground briefly.

So work requirements are really grabbing the headlines, but that's just one piece.

The law, as we discussed last time, makes several changes to eligibility and coverage.

And these really add up, right?
