That's why they weren't allowed to send them back down.
But then when Edmonton put them on waivers, that team did not put a claim in when Vegas did, and that's why Vegas can send them down.

And a team decided to only put a claim in when Vegas put them on the first time, but when Edmonton put them on the second time, that same team all of a sudden decided not to put a claim in.
