So another thing that you can see is REITs, right?

So REIT is a real estate trust, a real estate investment trust.

So if you were to buy a REIT, now again, let's assume that it's in the stock market.

Oftentimes REITs are listed differently, but let's say it's in the stock market, okay?

So you buy a REIT.
