Yeah so I've got five now on the team that are freelance helping me with projects so the girls are working today while I'm doing this tomorrow I might work with them or we've separate projects a lot of the time so I'll have somebody with me and then girls in a different project which I'll still oversee all the projects but I'm not on them all now whereas the beginning for two years it was just me.
