It really depends.
There's lots of factors but I love to start in people's bedrooms because I think as parents a lot of the time and most of my clients I would say are women and mostly mums with young families
And our go-to is always to sort the kids first.
It's never ourselves.
think we're enough to, let's start with me.
Like, let's get me to a point of, I live in this lovely bedroom sanctuary.
I work hard all day.
I want to come in here and switch off.
I'm going into mum's bedrooms and the kids are still in bed with them and they've kids stuff and toys are sneaking in.
They've no place for them.
And a lot of times the husbands might have a little den or they'll be quite comfortable chilling on the couch surrounded by stuff.
But for women, it's not the case.
Scientifically, it's proven that clutter will affect a woman in terms of it'll be more stressful for her in a cluttered environment than a man on average.
It's more stressful for a woman to
cluttered space.
And so it's more often than not the women that are getting in touch with me to say, I'm at a point I need a kind of help.
So I like to start in their bedrooms because I would love that then at the end of that day, myself, my team have been in.
We have made that room for her a sanctuary that she can switch off and we'll worry about the other rooms again.
This work
item like think of everything at the top of your wardrobe under your bed in your drawers at the side you know that takes time and so sometimes we just focus on clothes and we'll come back and then we'll focus on the drawer like the bedside lockers are
