And because Corey was there, I just wanted to make comments about TOPS and where I stand and what is progressing.

And I like the meeting we recently had.

Since I first had experience with the TOPS program, I wanted to make sure that it's 20 questions or 20 pages.

20 questions, right?

20 questions before you can access a certain service provided by TOPS.

So in talking to Corey, I think we're down to six.

Can you imagine going from 20 to six?

It's an awesome experience.

I know she will be making a presentation to this body as to what was done to improve that service.

I was brief, Mr. Mayor.

So I had 20 pages to share about TOPS and how improved it has become.

I want to also thank our county departments who worked tirelessly over these cold days and nights while we are comfortable fighting with our heaters, whether or not it's functioning or warm enough.

But they were out there making sure our residents were taken care of.

And that, to me, is humanity at work.

Because when I think about those that cannot understand why they're cold, because they might have some mental health issues, that's why I ask the question.

There are other things that impacts their lives, why they are not responding.

How are we capturing that?

So I look forward to that conversation later.
