And I'm going to take us back to quality of life and climate change and how it's affecting homes that are older, those senior homes. podcast-host

And I've been talking about those might be the affordable homes in certain communities, certain cities. podcast-host

And I am not seeing a focus. podcast-host

We do recognize that climate change does impact a community that's already challenged. podcast-host

If they're living in homes that are older and they are not hardened, then that air condition bill is going to be a little bit higher. podcast-host

Whatever they're doing, the cost of living for that population is higher. podcast-host
