I had kids so I could be a mother.

And that was like a hard place to get to.

It is a hard thing to, right.

And also, you know, like we're all products of our environment.

And here we are.

And I have a very different parenting style and relationship with my kids.

But I love my mother.

She's fabulous.

But, you know, it's just different relationships.

Oh, they were so mad.

My family was livid.

My parents and my extended family, my kids were little.

They didn't know or care.

And my husband loved it.

He signed the contracts for me.

He was like, let's do this.

So I was a scripted actress for years and to go from scripted, then I had four kids in seven years and I would do like a pilot here and there, whatever.

And then all of a sudden there was this chance to be on this TV show and actors weren't doing reality then.

Correct.

And so it was very much looked down upon.
