So what are we putting this down to?
Is it the war in the Middle East that's helping?
Yeah, it is.
Look, the rising cost of synthetics means, you know, they're no longer cheap and reliable.
I mean, so obviously the war in the Middle East is not going to go on forever.
So do you think that the little rebound you're seeing in prices as a result of it may continue?
Yeah, so that tension will be removed.
Yeah, I think that's probably true.
I see some of the wool actually broke through the $7 mark, which is remarkable.
When was the last time you saw that happen?
Oh, it was back around 2011 returns were that positive.
What makes it Breakthrough 7?
So if everything else is sort of 650, 680, why is that particular wool 7?
Oh, it's just the variation in the clips those farm farmers will have.
You know, better colour, better length, better attributes.
So there is a range and they generally speak in averages when doing those reports.
