So for me, it's digital detoxes of cabins.
For someone else, it's probably going to be something else entirely different.
But I feel like, yeah, we have this almost this feeling like everyone else has got to figure it out and we need to be doing all this stuff.
And actually, I think sometimes it's just having the courage to back yourself up.
um by music and books or is that still good because you detached from you your phone for sure well i think i think with both of those things the marketing on social media and the as you say distractions in the cabin like this is when there's a pragmatism that that meets reality that you need to have because we could put our tin hats on and say we're not going to go on social media but then we wouldn't get anyone to come and do this yeah and
For us, it's like we hugely believe in the value of doing it.
So you need to fish where the fish are and you need to go meet people where they are.
And obviously the people we want to come and do this and who we think it could benefit are the people who are spending time on social media.
To be honest, if you're not spending any time on social media, then you don't need to come and stay at one of our cafes.
So I think that's that one, which is like...
there's a sense that two things can be true at the same time.
And so we can both believe that people's lives would be better if they spent less time on social media and believe that social media is the best way for us to get that message out.
Like both of those things can be true.
And I think the other thing on the distractions is it's,
If people went and just roared all to the experience and they just spent 72 hours staring at a wall, yes, there would be less distraction.
I'm sure it would be quite a profound experience, but it would also be very uncomfortable.
And I think that's not where people are.
I've done quite a lot of retreats.
I'm not sure I would do that.
There are definitely some nutters out there that would do it.
