You then have to do the same in Spain.

How do we remove that duplication?

And we have a very clear target and an agenda as to how we do that.

But also, if you think of our students, who I hope most of whom are off on holidays or enjoying themselves, you know, we have fantastic Erasmus programmes.

We have money that we invest in Horizon that goes to our students, that focuses on how we can support young people to grow, to innovate, to invest in their own businesses.

We don't have enough access to capital for young people in that regard.

We have a plan as to how we could provide greater access to capital.

There's trillions of euros sitting in savings accounts that are not being touched or not being used.

So,

Like we have very clear targets as to how we can make it easier for people to do business, to live their lives, to access funding.

But importantly, I mean, this matters to people because at the end of the day, it's the farmer, it's the student, it's the entrepreneur that benefits from this, not me or other people as well.

And look, that's what the EU is.

It's 27 member states.

It's like 27 people sitting around a table with different opinions and views.

What you have to agree at the outset is, do we have the same ultimate goal?

And what's very clear is that everybody in the EU wants the EU to be more competitive.

I mean, you said at the outset, there's a lot of geopolitical uncertainty.

There's a lot of things that are not within our ability to predict or to decide what happens.

But what we can do and what we can do ourselves, that's where we need to focus on.

So we talk about tariffs and trade barriers and issues with the US and things that have happened in the last year.
