I just want to say something about that.

But also it's like nowadays within our industry, you can be the person who you want to be.

If a company is really want to talk about inclusiveness, diversity, prove it.

And I think that in a lot of cases, youngsters don't have to be afraid anymore.

Like, okay, I need to keep myself in a closet and that kind of stuff.

People need to be who they are and not be pestered about it or butchered about it.

And companies need to protect the next generation.

It doesn't have to be done with rainbow flags, in my opinion, and pink balloons and parades within a company canteen.

open your mind and open your heart also as a company because you will need all the great assets you can find and you can find them in that community.

So I think that's, I hope I gave a bit of an answer there.

But it's time to speak up again.

I mean, I see too many negatives.

And I thought like, oh, my God, I have not been on the barricades in the 80s now to be kicked back in a closet.
