2008, it went, everything went straight down the drain.

I mean, we had projects, it really happened.

On a Friday morning, they said, we need a price.

And that project was sold in the afternoon and we had to do the logistics.

And I had to calculate the price within half an hour for a complete project.

The change has to be, we need to be more in a partnership, relationship actually.

That needs to be done.

And I'm going to be honest, I am not going to talk with 30 logistic service providers.

That's just killing a waste of my time and their time actually.

So we crop it, that group actually.

And we need to get the best quality out of the back and forward conversations and negotiations we will have.

And I also totally agree.

And I like to emphasize on that again and again, again, and again.

The younger generation, we need to start them up.

We need to give them the chance.

We need to listen to them.

They do have, as John said, they have their complete own mindset, which is not our mindset because I'm becoming one of these old fossils as well.

Me too.

And we have, and I feel that the older generation even, we have the obligation to hand over the knowledge we gained over the years.
