So I just think this is an organization, and everyone knows it.
Head coach knows it.
Players know it.
Assistant coaches know it.
They got to win.
They got to win this year.
Well, first of all, you know, the thing I've learned when you take over from another coach, I mean, the coach that left there, you know, he was a good coach.
I mean, there's a reason he was a head coach.
Why your team is in the situation when you take it over, whether, you know, he left on his own accord or whatever, you got to convince these players that, look, we're going to do things a little bit different.
And they've got to buy into that.
And you've got to know the locker room.
That's probably the most important thing for the head coach.
Understand the locker room.
There's a leadership group you generally put together.
There's about six or seven players.
Not team captains, just leaders.
Some of the leaders you feel that are in your locker room.
And when the offseason comes after the season just expired last year, you're going to have some really deep conversations with these guys and ask them to talk to them.
Tell me what happened around here, you know, because when you lose the locker room, you're done.
When them players think that it's over and they don't want to play for the head coach, you're done.
