There's a systemic issue here where there is so much money out there that is just being divvied up from behind desks based on applications people make.
And we need people getting out there on the ground and seeing where it's going and how it's doing.
Even the grant justification piece, mate, you can sit there and write the most fabulous self-referred assessments and reports to send in.

And you taught at ADFA, being a leader comes down to three elements, you know, management, authority, and leadership.
They're the three components that at some point make up what being a leader is.
