And that was very, very different.
He did have endorsements.
I think a lot of people
Like AOC and Bernie Sanders are saying, we're focused on Congress.
This is a governatorial race.
It's a different thing altogether.
But it it you're right, it it does speak to fractures within the Democrat Party.
Personally, I feel actually there's also another interesting trend to to focus on, right?
So so what both Hong and Abdul Al Sayyid have in common is that they did not take any funding from APAC.
Now, if anyone's not sure what APAC is,
It stands for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
And they have spent more money on TV, radio, and digital ads in federal elections over the past three election cycles, more than any other special interest group not linked to a political party.
When you look at that, what I'm talking about is they have funded 109 different TV and digital ads in that amount of time, which is an extraordinary amount.
Nearly all of them.
A hundred and three of those hundred and nine do not mention Israel whatsoever.
So that's been really, really interesting.
I mean, if you look at the Abdul al Sayyid uh uh election last week, his opponent was uh a Democrat called Hailey Stevens, who had the support of APAC.
And that was a point that Abdul al Sayyid said against her.
APAC put thirteen million dollars into that race.
Ten million was to support Stevens, twenty million was on on attacking Al Sayyid.
