Yeah, it took an absolute rock bottom where I wasn't sleeping anymore and starting to have, as I said, like crying, even though I'm crying now, but like crying at the drop of a hat.
And yeah, there was even times I even remember being at like a family wedding
My uncle asking me, how are you?
And I just broke down in that moment.
Like, it was just like I was just on the absolute edge, but I kept trying.
And yeah, I decided to get into the work that I do now.
I found human design.
And then it actually was like, oh, wow.
okay, I'm trying at something that's not for me.
It's not that I'm failing.
It's that I'm trying to force something that was never in alignment for me.
So it gave me another option rather than just saying like, quit.
It totally transformed my perspective of myself and what was possible.
And it gave me all the courage that I needed.
And it just took one step as it came.
Yeah, and it kind of draws into what we were speaking at the start with your beautiful question about synchronicities and life giving you opportunities and nothing's random.
Like, I had that experience for a reason and I'm honestly so grateful because it was so...
we'll say hard and challenging at the time, but it was like a bootcamp to get me out of there quicker.
I could have been decades and had my realization a lot later than it did.
And as well, life was always giving me opportunities and it came through podcasts.
