Like I would hear about, no one was talking about the things that I talk about now in my personal life.
And so I would go to podcasts, I would enroll in courses, I would start the thing called meditating.
What is this thing?
And, you know, it would just open my perspective and I would start reading books and it gives a bit of a fire in your belly when you do want to create change and like life will plop things in your awareness to help you.
You know, I can think of all the teachers that I've had, even like how I was just sharing with that acupuncturist.
Like she was a big part of me being like, okay,
And, you know, we get these little like guardian angels that come into our awareness.
And even just somehow I ended up listening to a podcast on human design.
And yeah, not random.
It became a lifeline.
But as you said, like taking the small steps.
But at the time, like I look back and they seem there were small steps, but they felt like really bloody big steps, every single one of them.
And even just, for example, telling my family that I was thinking about changing my life or I ended up moving overseas or all of it felt so massive.
But you just take them as it comes.
And that's why, you know, with breathwork and nervous system support, I feel like there's so much out there that can help support you now.

Creating safety in your body while you take these small or big steps is so important.
And community and connection have support.
Like we're not meant to do it all alone.
