If you're trying to make change in your life and you're doing it all alone, oh my gosh, that isolation, it can feel like you're going insane.

You absolutely can feel like you're going insane.

So I would say connection, safety, and creating that support within yourself and showing your body that you can start trusting as you move forward.

Like, I think sometimes, and I have it a lot, where people will say, I wish I learned this when I was a teenager.

I wish I learned about my human design when I was a kid or in my 20s.

And it's like, no, but you're learning it now.

And that's perfect.

I think any time where we create this continued suffering of it should be another way to

But that, as I said, like it creates more negativity and suffering in your life rather than this has been my journey.

So that's the exact journey that I was meant to have because it was not another way.

Being able to then truly receive from those experiences, from, you know, the disorders or the anxiety or the depression or the feeling of inauthenticity or feeling lost in your life, you actually receive the lessons or the goodness that you can from it rather than being in, yeah, the victimhood of it should be another way because then you'll just stay in that.

It's always, you know, people have had all the trials and tribulations that you've had in your life and what can happen is it's like you have moments of darkness or traumas.

But then when we stay in that energy of it should be another way or victimhood, we just create hundreds and thousands more traumas.
