It's okay, even if you've done something that you regret in your own life, we've all done things that we maybe aren't proud of, but to continue to beat yourself up for the rest of your life around that, it's one moment of darkness has become thousands, if not millions, of continued moments of darkness because of the shame and because of the self-hatred from it.
It's no, that happened, full acceptance of whether you were the...
perpetrator or the victim.
It happened.
How can I come back to the truth of myself, my life, my process it, absolutely feel all the things, but don't stay in it.
Because when we stay in it, we continue to relive the past that we actually have the power to become free from.
For people to remember the good in them, forgiveness is coming up for me right now as well.
I think you can see the state in our world right now.
It's tragic.
It's terrible.
It's sad.
It's
somewhat disgusting in certain places as well.
It's the breakdown for the breakthrough if we want to be thinking about that.
And I just want to remind everyone that they have the power and they have the ability to be good, do good in their world, in their environment, and how important that is, especially if you have this calling towards that.
And I just feel it's so sad, these open-hearted people
divinely gifted humans, which I think it's all of us, but we can get so much in our illusions and so much in our conditioning and past pain and trauma.
But the people that feel this call for something more, it's our duty to start stepping up and to shift and change this collective, because if it continues to go in the way that it's going,
Like, what is our world going to be like?
And I do believe it needs to have this full breakdown, but it has to start with your relationship to yourself.
