And the piece of forgiveness that was just coming up, I think we need to forgive the humanness in us.
As you mentioned, we can be down ourselves or regret certain things and
I love Bonnie Ware's work where she spoke to the top regrets of the dying.
And one of them was, I regret not living a life true to myself.
And what we need to see is that when you live a life true to yourself in full self-acceptance and all the humanness of yourself, forgive yourself for anything.
wrongdoing you may have felt.
I think there's a lot of people that are walking around with so much shame and so much not enoughness that it keeps them in this limited consciousness that then creates more limited perspectives and creates more judgment in the world.
And so when you can come back to
the energy, your heart and what you feel called to do.
I know if you're listening to a podcast like this, that is a truth or an interest for you, that you are needed and that there is a desire and demand for your energy.
And however that has to look, that doesn't have to be in being in business or sharing in that type of formal way, but it can just be you living a life true for yourself and
And how important that is.
I feel so devoted to my work, to lack of a better word, but like to raise our consciousness, to raise how people operate, to raise how people see themselves, to come back from judgment into love and from darkness into light and from fear into freedom.
Because if we don't do that, if we don't do that on a personal level, like how is our world going to look?
And this idea that we're separate from nature, from life, is what has gotten us all into this mess.
And so I just want to remind everyone how important this
they are and their role in there and whether that means you go and do something that feels so personally self-serving I think there's this whole idea that if you are of service or contributing to the planet or to our collective that you can't be in any way self-serving if someone decides I just want to go and travel the world and live with my backpack and
and have no responsibilities if that is so true for you please go do that because who you connect with along the way the energy that you transmit and you pass through the world like that is your purpose that is who you're meant to be and what you're here to contribute and what you often find is that when you're in that growth mindset or you're in that following your life force or trusting your intuition you naturally want to give back you naturally want to contribute
And it's going to look different for every single person.
And this is where the abundance comes in as well, because I truly believe that we're here to experience and receive it all.
