Absolutely.

Any fear is inconvenient.

And I think it's finding that, yeah, because anything, when you do it for the first time, it's like we forget because it can bring up a lot of fear, a lot of newness.

We rarely get first times of things in our life.

So when it has come to within your pregnancy and with this growing true creation within you, what have you really leaned on within your Ayurvedic practices?

And as well for people maybe that are moving through their fertility journey, it's probably very different, but is there any knowledge or wisdom that you have for that period as well?

Yeah, it was masked well.
