That's how I felt.

I did the same thing, not over yoni steaming, but just speaking.

And it was just numb, numb.

And I just would be like, okay, keep coming back, keep coming back.

And even just to feel a sensation there, I couldn't feel anything there.

So profound.

So can you please talk us through how yoni steaming can look, how we can do it at home?

Yeah.

So beautiful and how much I remember a time when I was like, I've never even actually like looked at my, you know, it's like we just ignore and feel disconnected or numb and or think it's ugly.

So in the masculine, I want to speak to that.
