I recently had a beautiful, I guess, ceremony when I was in Spain just recently.
It was an elder from Peru, she's a shaman, and we did this full womb healing, clearing.
And there really is just that energetic and, yeah, somatic and spiritual center of our womb.
So much wisdom and so much intuition, but so much stored there.
Yeah, we did a big cord cutting process in the end.
She wrapped me up in a flower burrito and sneak it in a flower burrito.
It's like a rebirth.
Truly.
I felt like it was a rebirth.
It was very intense, but very beautiful.
