And so what we need to remember is that life is always working in your favor and your only opportunity is to trust and follow where you feel called, where you're intuitively connected or you feel expanded to.

Because when you move in an expanded way, so you showing up here being like, I am in my expanded energy, like moving and operating through the world like that, noticing when challenges come, noticing when things happen and what's the most expansive way to respond here.

And this is where you shift into, let's say, sometimes it's hard to explain it in this way of, let's say that this is shifting into a higher timeline, where you connect with things that don't make logical sense.

And so what the mind likes to do, the mind is, okay, well, if I do X and I will receive Y. If I post this on Instagram, then I'll get a client.

If I do this and then I'll get that.

And that's why so many people are so frustrated because it doesn't work.

It literally doesn't work.

And then we think something's wrong with us.

And we've been on the other end as well.

Like I even, I just signed up for a retreat that I've never come across them.

I literally popped up on my Instagram.

I was like, I feel so cool today.

Booked it straight away.

I didn't think about it again.

And you just start to operate like that, you know?

And I love that you say it's in the day to day.

I just feel like it's that frequency change of, yeah, like I love music for that.

I love nature walks for that.

And this is where, yeah, it's like that matters.

That matters.
