But in that moment you chose, no, I'm going to be with my daughter and I'm going to fully be present and do what feels right in this moment.
And then from there you've shifted into a higher expansion and then, you know, all that happens.
Well, that's the thing.
That's what we forget is that when you trust your intuition, it benefits everyone.
So whenever I reschedule a client, when it happens.
It's always the perfect thing.
They'll come to me and say like when we then come together, it was like I was actually really meant to meet today, not two weeks ago.
And I think we forget that when, again, nothing's random and everything is interconnected.
And so by you trusting yourself, it's a better service of your relationships and also, yeah, your clients or anyone else around you.
I've had so many moments where, yeah, you might have had plans and then I get this like
creative inspiration even that let it make logical sense that that podcast I it was on a Saturday and I really like look I can be very uh I love my work and so but Saturdays it's for you know me and my partner and me and friends and family so I really have set such a boundary to not work on a Saturday obviously but that day I was like I need to sorry Nick can I please go I'm gonna go in the bedroom and just record a podcast and he's always cool with that and yeah you let it

And all you can do is trust that.
And it's always going to be what feels the most expansive.
And if you close your eyes and envision that,
setting up and going to your session, if that feels like a constriction, if that feels like you're almost going against your energy, then it doesn't serve anyone.
You would have kind of, probably it would have been a half-hearted session.
It would have like, as you said, that client would have missed out on the realization she had on her own.
So we got to get out of our own way.
This whole idea that you have to control life is the most anti-evolutionary thing we can do.
