I often use the example of thinking that you can control your life is like telling the sun to move two meters when you want to sunbathe or saying, I'm going to go for a swim and not get wet.
Like life is uncertain.
Life is uncertain.
You can't control life.
That's not a fight I want to go up against.
Yeah.
Like I'm trying to control life.
I want to be with life.
I want to play with life.
I want to dance with life.
And this is the thing where we learn to not trust.
So it's like when you kind of realize that you are part of life, you know, that life force that's moving through you is –
It's you.
Like that's your true self essence.
And everything that comes from that place is beneficial.
And it doesn't last forever.
It doesn't.
Everything always passes.
And how I see this now, because I always knew, I was like, okay, this is for the better.
But I didn't, because again, it's not cause and effect.
