So I did want to start because you are an incredible energy worker and I would love to speak about the power of understanding our energy, frequency, understanding energy.

how we operate because a lot of us are walking around like a floating head so much just living from the mind so please speak a bit about your work and yeah well I think honestly I was a floating head for a very long time um

And that's it.

I just want to reflect back to you, especially as a 2-4 projector in the sense of, I always feel that too, you have so much wisdom within you and it's like you move through life and it just awakens what's already within you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And so all the twos in my life or in my work, it's like, even if they come and learn human design, I'm like, yes, come learn because it's a new language, but then almost forget everything because you already know it and it just awakens something within you.

And so with what you were just sharing with me, it's like,

your body intuitively knows and we do these things and it's like why are we doing this but then as you said it's like when you actually go through it and that's so brave that's so brave honestly and then you're like okay it just actually passed it yeah it just passed and from there it's like a new energy of freedom within your body and so I just want to remind people yeah can you speak about the emotion in the body and especially I think for women with that throat yeah

Not speaking the truth.

And what was also coming up as you were speaking, like this is generational.

That's not just your stuff.

Totally.

It's like our energetic things that we're moving and you get the gift of being able to heal it.

If you get the awareness around it, our generations didn't have the awareness around it.

Like what an opportunity, what a gift that you get to not only heal for yourself, you heal down the generations and up the generations.

Well, your womb is like the world.

It's the birthplace.

It's the most powerful creation.

It's our portal.
