I mean, it's been rough, but here's what I did.

I, while everybody else was, you know, we had all this NAR stuff.

We had all these weird things happening with the, you know, the government changing and then the interest rates.

And then we had COVID.

I mean, all these crazy things.

I love a challenge and it's becoming a challenge.

And the more I say that, I think it keeps giving me more challenges.

But what I've done is something unique.

I have put all that away and focused on just taking care of people, no matter what.

People still have to buy houses.

People are still gonna do it.

So the agents that are crying and whining and getting out of the business, okay, but I'm still here.

And I'm going to make sure that I'm making the most of it.

And I'm taking I'm taking advantage of it, but I'm making sure I plant my seeds to make sure I'm successful.

And this year I've been super successful and I've passed my goals.

And so when I didn't think I was going to last year, I was very, very I was short by a little.

But I pushed it to the I pushed my goals this year higher just to just to punish myself.

But I saw that I did it.

Now, was it with grit and grind?

Yeah, absolutely.
