Throw the people out of the crying closet.
Go in there, shut the door, lean against the door to sob because then if people come to see if you're all right, that's the worst thing.

As a boss, if you make somebody cry, you feel awful because you never mean to make someone cry.
But if you've got to impart bad news, like, you know, you did do this thing wrong or, you know, or more serious news than that, you know, you're letting them go, whatever, which have done all of those things.
If they start crying, then it's immediately you made me cry and that's a really difficult position to be in.
