There's an editorial that accompanies these articles from the Lancet, and I just want to read the first few sentences of that editorial.

Like what's their activity ability?

And so why would pregnancy be any different there?

And this is also consistent with decades of scientific evidence.

And yet they also concluded that the majority of pregnant women don't achieve the recommended activity goals.

And many of them intentionally so out of fear that activity will somehow be harmful.

And this could be at least in some cases, probably a lot of cases, it could be getting reinforced by their own providers, especially if if they show up
