I definitely do not order the two hour seventy five gram glucose test on any of my non

pregnant patients, even if they have risk factors, I'm seeing them, let's say, for

an annual or even if they are there for like a PMOS, PCOS workup.

Just doing a hemoglobin A one C.

You can almost make an argument for universal A one Cs as stand as a standard prenatal lab.

And I do see that.

It's not in my group practice, but

I when I see patients transferring in sometimes from other places, it it seems like that's a common pattern.

And some of that comes down to the nuts and bolts of having an just an operationally effective approach in your clinic.

So if you have a patient population that is at high risk of diabetes,

and gets v very little infrequent regular medical care.

So meaning they're not getting annual visits, they're not getting regular screens for
